Thank you for choosing Bright Threads Coaching. To provide the highest level of service and maintain a consistent schedule for all clients, the following policy applies to all coaching sessions and packages.
We operate an ADHD-friendly policy including:
A 10-minute lateness buffer
Free rescheduling up to 8 hours before a session
2 Life-Happens credits per client
Cancellation options for part-used packages
In all cases where something changes, please email enquiries@brightthreadscoaching.com as soon as possible to discuss; we are here to help.
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please try to provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time.
With more than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost, or request a refund (See: 3. Refunds).
With between 24 and 8 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost.
With less than 8 hours’ notice: Each client has two Life-Happens Credits, whereby you can reschedule your session for free with less than 8 hours’ notice. When no credits remain, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
If a session is repeatedly rescheduled before attending: we may contact you by email to discuss any ways we can support you to find a time to meet that works for you, to reduce the frequency of changes for you and the coach.
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you have any Life-Happens Credits remaining, these may be used to reschedule the appointment, subject to availability - please contact enquiries@brightthreadscoaching.com to discuss.
All payments through Google Calendar are processed securely via Stripe. Please note:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
You may choose to maintain a refund as a credit towards a future coaching session or package.
Should I need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or illness, I will provide you with as much notice as possible. You will be given the option to:
Reschedule the session at our earliest convenience, or;
Receive a full refund for the session that is cancelled.
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive less than 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the original time to respect the next client’s slot. The full session fee still applies.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the coach will no longer be in the online session and the No-Show policy will apply (See: 2. No-Shows).
Packages: If you purchase a package of sessions, and wish to terminate the coaching agreement early, attended sessions will be charged at the single session rate, with the balance refunded.
Please note: Packages which have already been reimbursed through Access to Work cannot be refunded.
To change your appointment, please use the Cancel or Book another Appointment link in your confirmation email or contact us directly at enquiries@brightthreadscoaching.com.
