Welcome to Bright Threads Coaching. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website www.brightthreadscoaching.com and the CourseiQ software platform which hosts our digital product service (the “Service”).  Bright Threads Coaching is the trading name for Dr Leanne Ingram, Sheffield, UK (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, accessing or using any product, program, service, coaching, content or materials provided by Bright Threads Coaching  (our Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access Bright Threads Coaching Services.

• The Service is available globally, except where prohibited by law.

• By using Bright Threads Coaching, you confirm you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Account sharing is not allowed.

• Sharing, or distributing illegal, adult (pornographic), abusive, offensive, or copyright-infringing content in our communities.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of anything you share on Bright Threads Coaching.

• We will not use, reproduce, or display your content except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, or with your permission.

• By using the Service, you grant us the right to process and store your data as required to operate Bright Threads Coaching.

• You are solely responsible for the legality of all content you share.

All materials provided by Bright Threads Coaching, including but not limited to: courses, workbooks, pdfs, videos, images, emails, branding, logos, written content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Bright Threads Coaching.

• You may not: Share, reproduce, distribute, resell, copy, or modify without written permission.  Unauthorised use will result in legal action.

6. Termination

• You may cancel any ongoing subscriptions and/or delete your account at any time by contacting support.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse.

• Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, except as required by law.

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Threads Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
